Asking because im hoping to acquire it with event tickets if possible because the style pages currently cost a small fortune in traders. The chest goes for like 300k alone.

If not can ZOS please make it buyable with event tickets?

Oof, yeah unfortunately that's RNG which means slim to none chances if Jesters Festival and Jubilee are anything to go by. Dang this hurts
