Don't have ANY pre-order perks.

I pre-ordered the Imperial digital edition from Green Man Gaming, and they sent me the early access code. I currently have access to the 5 day head start, but I don't have access to any of the pre-order perks, such as the explorer's pack or Imperial edition perks.

I was told to contact greenmangaming, but what can they do? As far as I understand the explorer's pack perks should already be connected to the early access code they gave me.

My understanding, as one who bought it from GMG as well: they are going to be sending out the keys prior to the game's release (so expect it in the next few days).

You SHOULD have early access, you SHOULD be able to play as an Imperial, have the horse, and the Rings or Mara, but the rest of it, we'll have to wait for 4/4 and our official keys.

I'm currently playing an Imperial as we speak.

Nope, I don't have access to any of it. The Imperial class is greyed out, and I can only choose the races based on their faction. The only mail I have is the monkey.

Hmm, darn, I don't know then. I'd contact GMG and Bethesda both. It doesn't hurt to have multiple people working on it.

My girlfriend and I both ordered from GMG and we were sent a key in the receipt, we entered it in the account area soon as we got it.

Today we have the Imperial Editions bonuses we should have, at least the following:

Unlocked Race/Faction creation
Imperials
White Imperial Horse
Some monkey pet
Ritual of Mara

I also bought from GMG. I notice that the explorer's pack gives you permission to play any race for any alliance, and I CAN do that. I just tested it and made a Breton in Ebonheart Pact. So the fact that I have seemingly partial access to the explorer's pack confuses me.

Keep this near the top, I also pre-ordered from GMG. It seems a bit odd that we get some stuff and not others. Is it true then that the rest of it appears on Launch Day?

I'm quite happy to have the Imperial Horse, Race and Rings of Mara as they actually give decent gameplay bonuses, but as a collector I would still be annoyed if I didn't get the other pets.

Is there any quote from GMG staff as to what happens?

Obviously I'm playing right now; so I have the 5 day head start.

I'm in the same boat. Pre-ordered Imperial Edition from GMG. I have the Ritual of Mara, I have the Imperial Horse and the ability to play Imperials, can play in any faction. I received my monkey for playing Beta.

What I do *not* have is Scutler pet, Mudcrab pet, or Bonus Treasure Maps. I don't know what area the Treasure Maps are for, but if they are in early areas, I'm going to quickly outlevel the loot they would give in this five day early access if I don't get them til launch

My understanding is that, unless you ordered from Bethesda, you're waiting till 4/4 for the rest of your stuff. GMG is supposed to send out the full codes this week.

Meanwhile, we have the stuff we "need" earlier, like being able to play Imperial or in any alliance.

I pre-ordered the Retail Imperial Edition from Game in the UK. I understand not having access to the Imperial Edition bonuses, but the pre-order ones? I have early access but nothing else. Seems strange.

Hey everyone. Just to confirm, the only Explorer's Pack bonus you will see during Early Access is the ability to select any race in any alliance. All other Explorer's Pack bonuses will be available at launch. If you pre-purchased the Imperial Edition, you will have access to those bonuses during Early Access. We hope this helps.

The thing is, I did not get ANY of that. I can NOT pick any race for any alliance, which is the main thing I want atm. I have absolutely NONE of the explorer pack perks. Just a monkey in my mail.

I already contacted GMG, and they said:
We've given you a key for 5 days early access, which is what the publisher has provided us for those of our users who buy the imperial edition (our Explorers Edition only has 3).
I hate to bounce you back to ESO support, but this is a fault on their end. You absolutely should have the bonus'.

I've been talking to ZOS support for the last 5 hours, with no solution. They keep saying that I have to wait for my codes or talk to GMG.

All my preorder bonuses for the Explorers Pack showed up on my account after I registered the Early Access Code.

Exact same issue here. I ordered Imperial CE from Amazon and got a 5 day early access code. I cannot play as an Imperial, I don't have ANY items whatsoever and faction choices are still race restricted. I've sent 2 tickets to customer service and havn't heard anything back. Not a peep. This is frustrating.

I have same problem about scuttler vanity pet. I just only get monkey. This monkey for beta reward. Okay. Where is the scuttler vanity pet?

Hmm. I have 3 day early access, I was able to create "any race in any alliance" characters, but still did not received scutler pet and bonus maps.

Maybe it's because I activated my sub 2 hours ago. How long I need to wait before forming support ticket?
