No adjustments to combat changes in week 2? Did I miss something?

I'll admit that I'm not super familiar with the PTS cycle, so please correct me if I'm wrong. I was very frustrated with my first foray into the PTS when Update 35 hit, and after communicating my concerns in the mega thread, I took the advice of some calmer voices and decided to wait and see what the response was to the initial feedback. I took the past week off of ESO and decided to come back today to check out where we are.

Unless I've missed something, we are in the exact same spot we were last week. Am I wrong in thinking this means that everything we've seen on the PTS is "working as intended" from the combat change perspective?

There's never any serious changes during week 2.

Ok, I appreciate the insight. Guess I'll check back next week.

Week 3 is usually the bigger adjustments. And, from a timeline perspective, it makes sense.

PTS comes out on Monday, so, assuming two days for players to test, that leaves the dev team 2 -3 days before they have to have adjustments ready for the next patch to release the following Monday.

I imagine they probably look at week 1 feedback and review it during week two, making adjustments where necessary, then implement those adjustments into week 3.

Weeks 3 and 5 would be the ones with substantial changes if there were to be any
Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

It will be week 3 and probably not a lot of big changes. What we've seen is more or less what we'll get.

I would LOVE to be wrong just this once!

They tweaked the dummies but I think they are still messed up.
