It would be nice if the hammer finally started to spawn at random locations, rather than behind one of the gates (usual) or beside one of the tri-keeps (rare enough as it is).

Agreed, it should be finally spawn randomly. The other many spawn locations over the map feel useless.

If nothing changed since last time I was active in Cyrodiil, it should be still spawning in the CP campaign.

They either need to remove it completely or make the actual spawn locations random. On PS/NA it’s usually always spawning on ep during prime hours, or then dc will get it two spawns in a row. Then AD gets a spawn usually outside of prime time where it can’t be used because ad has one bar and other factions have 2-3 bars. It’s never random. Last month it spawned 23 times to ep during prime hours. How is that random?

My favourite on PS/NA is when it spawns in AD and we immediately give it to EP because of the EP server stack.
