Soulrazer sword from new crates has no glow if you equip it on both hands

Hi!
I had some gems to spare, and bought myself the soulrazer sword skin since the preview looked really cool. To my displeasure, only one of the 2 glows if you equip the skin on both hands.
Since the cost is of 100 gems, I hope this can get looked at and fixed.
