✭Not sure we really needed the Tweet reposted again. Pretty sure anyone who cares has already seen it.
The Tweet doesn't mean no changes will be made to PTS (which always happens from one week to the next) as it was made even prior to PTS coming up. The last time the community got this passionate was with the cast times on shields, especially regarding PvP.
It wouldn't be unprecedented for ZOS to do a complete backstep on their plans.
