First of all, the idea of the patch was to make difference betwin top and middle DPS players less.
But now changes hit the same by all players and do not make some thing good.
HA builds get heavy damage and are now dead ))) That is how is "better for us" in ZOS opinion )))
( Heavy builds get heavy damage lol )
But if you just nerf all LA to 2k, a lot of players get nerf. And it is not some thing the most players want.
I do not want wervolf and players with 100k and less DPS get hit, so such changes have to hit people with 140k DPS first !
How do their rotation looks like:
LA+skill.
May be it is more good way to make LA lose in damage if you do not make HA or if you press it perfectly ?
As example - do 10 LA - no damage lose.
11 LA lose damage, 12 lose damage and etc. If you did not hit some time with LA it get some damage back or if you make HA it gets some more damage back ?
And make some sets and skills that lose such debuff - as example name it "weakness or hand hurts".
Wervolds will have passive skill - that they do not lose LA damage - their hands are big and fluffy )))
So players with perfect rotation on long encounter will not be much better in DPS than just a normal player.
Other builds will not lose damage too.
And for some builds that do not make a lot of dps just add effect to not get weaknes - so builds with 100- k DPS will not get hit, what do you think ?
The same time doing HA or not doing LA at all can give some 1-2%damage buff to skills,if you will need more correction to such system in future. That will just dissapear after you make LA or do some number of it )))
