Why is ESO nerfing the player doing 60k?

Yeah, Stamsorc has been hit like a truck. A guildi went from 115k (Live) to 65k (PTS). We told him to change to Relequen/Kinras/BRP Daggers and a 9 Dot + 1 spammable rotation with shooting star ult and Shrouded Daggers as Spammable. He was able to manage 75k...guess it is the right direction.

Oh wow, this sounds like a depressingly boring and soulless way to play Stamsorc now, which is (or, was?) my main go to for PvE dps. They've screwed up big time on so many levels with this next patch.
