I've deleted a character with my Beta, Pre order and deluxe Items, how do I get them back onto another character?

xxslam48xxb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭DUDE I just made a character and I messed it up, so I deleted and made a new one. WELL *** me i guess because now I dont get my Mara ring or my monkey! This is not right and they should not expect us to not delete a character simply because a letter that most people dont even read said not too! I paided money for imperial and now I got completely screwed on this!I wrote a poem that I titled, "The ganker's delight."
