PSA / Observation: Champion Points

TLDR: Check you champion points!
I logged in the PTS today (for the fist time this cycle) and noticed my damage was rather low vs my live set up. On a whim i checked my champion points, and all of the BLUE tree were removed from the slots. In fact the points for the nodes i had allocated were refunded and i had to distribute and reassign said points.
Not sure if it was just me, because i don't recall resetting my champion points recently (to account for when they copied the server).
After reallocating my points, my damage did come up some, but im still testing to see how much of a change this is for me
