Precursor on PTS

Is there anyway to get the Precursor on PTS without doing the quests? The vampiric thrall isn't in the crown store either and with changes to kilt, using pets etc and tryna build stacks on a 3mil to parse on 21 mil is so irritating. You either lose kilt stacks or pets won't come off the 3mil. So if there is a way to get a precursor i'd like to know.
