How you want DK rotate this ? It is patch to make rotation simpler no ?
Some skills drop in power due too leveling ... what is this patch changes ???

It is not understandable with any human logick !!!
And OK - why HA of lightning staff was changed - it now do 3 not 4 ticks. it is big lose for HA builds.
Why no even any information in patch notes ?
This patch is ... really bad. Can we just delete it and do no balance update this year ? )))
Because with such patches you will need aliens to play this.

✭✭✭✭✭spam flames of oblivion and then whip every 3rd cast? lol
flames of oblivion is very cheap skill for the amount of dmg it does, the 5 sec between fireballs shooting is way too slow to just let it sit there most of the time, although it does get a 2nd fire off when actually hitting the other dot skills
i kind of already do that now, extended dots will just make it so i can do the flames of oblivion/whip rotation moreplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Templar skills - jabs ... pain. Ok if to see DK skill - that on first skill make earth than - throw it ... the same bad )))
But dual skill - you hit 2 times and do 4 hits ???
It is some space math ? Aliens count like this ?
