If this is your plan going forward that's fine, but we need to address the duration of temporary buffs. I like to see a standard across all the classes to be at least somewhat within the same range such as each of the Major Brutality/Sorcery buffs like Molten Weapons, Drain Power, Surge, Betty Netch, and Momentum would like to see them last at least 30-36 seconds across the board. Biting Jabs can stay 10 seconds since its meant to be recast often.
Class recovery buffs raised to a minimum of 24 seconds like Dragon Blood, Siphoning Strikes, Rune Focus, and Lotus Flower. Green Dragon's Blood and Channeled Focus morphs raised to 30 seconds, Empowered Ward morph brought back to its original 20 seconds.
Siphoning Strikes should also go the Hybridization path you been pushing as well, how about changing the base effect to restoring both Magicka and Stamina on light attacks and twice as much on heavy attacks. Leeching Strikes morph adds Health for a trio recovery while Siphoning Attacks morph increases the duration to 30-60 seconds. Refreshing anytime after 20 seconds gives you the full burst restore to both Magicka and Stamina.
