Just balance towards 120k being the max. Also how to make game more casual without hurting endgame

120k is the max anyone should reach?
you reach 127k? slight nerf, you reach 130k? nerf, you reach 119k or even 121k? NO NERF.
That's it.
Just chose a number and balance towards it.
Have pro players work with the balance team or use simulators, they can be involved with the endgame community and test highest dps rotations, ( DON'T test bash cancel rotations, they are insanely hard to do)
That's it.
And if the issue is casuals not being able to light attack, add a set to the game that removes 75% light attack dmg or more and adds 50% skill dmg.
Done, you make a fortune because everyone will want that set and buy your content.
