U35 implementation suggestions

1) make an actual tutorial for new players that teaches them how to weave. -- You say you want accessibility, how is it in 8 years you have not made an actual tutorial about one of the biggest "features" of the game? Guilds spend hours a week teaching new players this mechanic and you can't be bothered.
2) if you want to lower overall dps, leave LA as you propose. -- this will not do too much harm to end-game community.
3)keep DOTs as they currently are on Live. -- the decision made on DOT implementation is probably the worst one by far. If absolutely needed to make 20 second DOTs, make some of them 20 seconds in the shared trees to give players choice what to use and when to use it.
4)do not make a 10٪ difference in damage between melee and ranged. -- we already have a melee meta, thank you very much. In almost all fights people already stack in melee. Most classes builds already incorporate some skills that require you to be in melee. You are not giving people risk reward decision. It's a plain as day meta choice to go melee. DW main bar is already OP.
5)true accessibility set -- again, if you want to introduce something new players will feel good in starting the game with, introduce an 8 piece crafted set something that's less powerful than Julian's, but make the 8 piece bonus auto cast a LA for the wielder. This will dramatically bring up the floor while keeping the ceiling where it is.
