Making good dot last 15 seconds instead of 10 seconds = good
Making weak dot last 25 seconds instead of 20 seconds = not good

They should change Elf Bane to increase flame DoT potency, or perhaps each DoT tic (of any DoT not just fire DoTs, diversifying the use case for the set) should do additional flame damage.

Yes that's definitely something they need to account for; it's a significant nerf to all sets relying on regular DoT tics.

Fact that it stopped working with poisons, status effect dots and other set dots already made me stop using using it. It now feels like Co-op set, where you need a friend running it too to proc it reasonably often.
