Launcher Issues

I've downloaded all of the Early Access, but when I opened up the launcher this morning, it's making me download the game again...

Any reason for this?

No, no error messages at least. Just having to re-download the game.

Dammit. >.< I seem to be the only one getting an error when I hit Install/Repair. And because of that, my requests for help keep getting ignored.

What error are you getting? Maybe you can post that in another thread, or contac Customer Support.

Error 102 - DownloadError_InvalidMetafile
- Unable to load metafile, please contact customer support

I've contacted them, but of course you have to wait at least one business day for a response. And like I said, I seem to be the only one with this problem. I've posted two threads about it, each after about an hour, and they've both been completely ignored.

That sucks. Hoping they issue a fix for the launcher issues soon. Wanting to play early access.

Yeah, I'd be happy to wait until the game is a little less stressed if I could just get into it in the first place. My concern is that it won't be able to run at all unless and until this gets fixed, and if it's something on my end, I want to know what I need to do.

I had the same problem. I thought I was all set up when I bought and downloaded the Imperial Edition earlier this week. I'm at 86% and holding. It doesn't make me happy to hear that there may be error messages in my future.

I'm at 24% and counting. Getting pretty annoying.
