Why major resolve on the most used ability for stamina classes for the last 7 years.
Minor resolve would fit better honestly. Its a single target heal only. It should heal more then any AOE or multi-target heal.

The wording on the heal % change is strange. Do you know where things landed in terms of healing for this skill? Is it now 10 seconds with much smaller ticks?

TBH major resolve only frees up bar space for stam classes.
It wont affect buff coverage, but allow for one more skill to slot which is huge.

I think it is done to compensate for the healing loss.
What they didn't consider is that Vigor was always used in tandem with another healing skill.

As result I foresee major balance discrepancies between the classes that have access to good heals and the classes that doesn't.

I use vigor, but I already have a lot of sources of Major Resolve. So yes, minor would be better as I could stack both !
^ And I guess that is the reason why they went for Major Resolve. Most builds already have a source for this buff.

Tbh. I am thinking of using the other morph of Vigor (Echoing Vigor) next patch, since it might be better.

I dont see stamsorcs ever dropping hurricane because of this, and i dont foresee wardens dropping their ice fortress either. Major resolve is a wierd choice for this because its not rly gonna benefit that many ppl and builds. It should be some kind of minor buff.

I think it’s a cool change, now some classes can save a bar slot by combining a HOT and their armor buff

What spec even uses this over their class Major Resolve ability (or Oakensoul)? Maybe DK since Coag Blood covers the passives? Every PvP spec except maybe Warden will be relying on mag burst heals. What a confusing change.

yes, it makes no sense for vigor to get a 22% heal nerf when it only applies to the caster and nobody else.

What about the major weapon damage/spell damage buff? So it could open up the potential for certain classes to not need pots to get a reliable damage buff. Also it’s increasing your vigor, so it makes sense.
