Leaving coldharbour (EU)

Been trying to leave coldharbour for good 30 minutes now. The game will let me login to account, but when i press 'play'-button to get into the gameworld, nothing happens at all. all i get is 'Requesting character login'.

Have tried to alt-f4 few times now, wont fix it, same *** every time.

The Devs in every mmorpg allways fail to address launch issues. Why? Did us customers not pay you enough money to even try to *** adress this *** issue?

You said you're hosting the Eu-server in the Usa to be able to better fix possible issues. WELL FIX IT THEN!!!

Just kidding, game loaded back at the prison, was floating mid air and fell to my death instantly, and then got unknown error.

This is happening to me..

While trying to float out of Coldharbour, I get an Unknown Error and get kicked out. when I finally get back into game, after several attempts of "requesting character load" I find myself falling to my death. I revive at wayward point, and try again.. Repeat... 4 times now.

I'm having more or less the same issue:

After making my character I got stuck in "requesting character load" and ended up exiting the game. When I logged back in and pressed 'play' I actually got in and played through the prison. During the loading screen after leaving the prison, I got booted with the message "an unknown error occurred."

After one or two tries getting walled by the "requesting character load" I actually got back into the game. I spawned in the prison really high up and ALMOST died from the fall, but not quite. I tried to leave Coldharbour again and was logged out with the same error at the same loading screen.

Now I've just been trying to play but repeatedly can't get past the "requesting character load" screen.

NOTE: I am in the US.

UPDATE:
I've been able to load my character twice more and each time I fell to my death (if this happens to you DO NOT select 'respawn here' as you will spawn underneath the platform and have to /stuck to kill yourself and respawn) and then, after respawning, got the same "an unknown error occurred" message during the loading screen after going through the Door to Tamriel or whatever it's called.

I get this same exact problem... I guess it was finally my turn to be one the many people who cant play a game on launch day, please tell me theres a solution tonight lol

If it is of any interest anymore, I got to play when i changed my internet connection from 4g to my backup 2mb cable.

I wish the 4g would work, since it has actually lower latency than this crappy 2mb cable, someone in the house is torrenting *** 24/7 and stealing all the bandwidth.

I got this problem too today. I hoped to play the European server while the North American Server is down, and got to the end of the tutorial. Well, Stonefalls starts to load, and then "an error occured" and then when I log in, I fall to my death. Did this three times before I gave up.
