are the random encounters going away with the event?

There are some interesting encounters associated with Zeal of Zenithar and it feels like a waste for them to appear only during the event.

I saw a minotaur who I first thought was burying a dead comrade, nope its a treasure item. Twice I ran into the Orc Druid/Warden with her Bear threatening a merchant for getting shafted. There was someone named "Grut" with a couple of thugs, I think they were trying to mug me. And the best of all, a Bosmer woman decked out in full heavy armor, I threatened to take her treasure or make her suffer, she cried afterwards, really made my day! I was on an "evil" character, I had to threaten her, dems the rules.

i encountered the warden lady with the bear and i wasnt sure if i was supposed to attack her or not --- she killed the guy

I really enjoy them, but I think they are very festival-specific as they all revolve around Zenithar and his virtues. In my opinion, it would be nice to get new ones with every event. The current encounters can return at the next Zenithar festival.
