So I'm an idiot and I forgot that I had claimed my pre order items when I deleted my character because I accidentally made her DC when I want to main EP. It didn't even cross my mind because I figured something important like the rings of mara from a pre order wouldn't just poof into oblivion. But they did.
But the WORST part is when I put a ticket in I have to actually sit there with the ticket window open waiting god knows how long for a GM to chat with me. I can't even quest or level while I wait. I have to actually stand in town with the window open or it goes away.
