Game freezes at opening cutscene

I can log in fine, but when that opening cut scene plays it freezes on my screen. If I try to skip it I get the music for the next screen but the image doesn't change. Checked for errors or bugs, nothing. Any ideas?

ManticMerlinSoul ShrivenHello, I am experiencing the exact same issue. Both the cut scene and the loading screen if skipped freeze on me, and the ESO (32 bit) app in Task Manager shows a status of Not Responding. Is there any ideas on this?
