Made a Kajit on EP and the prophet will not show up to start the quest. Same bug we had in the beta

Phaistos✭✭I'm stuck in the prison as well. I'm supposed to talk to Lyris Titanborn, but she is invisible. Cannot progress any further.
Weird thing: It happens with any character I create.
