    Are you using XP? Im in and haven't had one crash but didn't in beta either. Give us some details on your system and lets see if we can help you, you were very vague and although I'm RH- blood group and we are meant to be Psychic, I'm not that good! :)

    Just think about the fact that the last generation of Mac Pro is not supported yet... I' m trying to play on my laptop, which is a Macbook Pro Retina, a good machine but not as good as the desktop one, and I can' t even login into the game due to a bug (and I discovered that I am not the only one having it) on the accounts... I hope they' ll fix this soon or I think that I am not going to renew my subscription. I' m tempted to request to refund the money I spent but I think that this is not possible... Bah

    Windows 7 64 bit, AMD Phenom II X4 960T CPU at 3.0 GHz, nVidia GeForce GT 520 graphics card. All of my beta sessions ran perfectly fine (not counting the insane amount of in game bugs.) The game won't even launch now. I hit Play from the launcher and it's an immediate crash. I don't even get a goram title screen. During beta I wouldn't've cared but now we're entering the realm we're I've paid for this, I expect it to work.

    im having same problem keps crashing when i hit play, it did this yesterday so i reinstalled game the worked now its doing it agin any sugestions on how to fix this?

    I'm also receiving this problem and i just re-installed ESO and ran repairs and updates there's nothing wrong with my launcher. checked it three times and still Crashes during character creation.

    Yep.

    Running Windows 8 64Bit, beta worked perfect game is shitting itself.
    Will most likely be because of such the large amount of people trying to get online world wide, although beta was meant to help stress test.

    Looks like it will be a day or two like every other launch release game.

    Strange. Not sure what to suggest other than making sure you have the latest drivers, Windows upto date, Repair of launcher. Make sure no background things are running like Skype and steam. Make sure that you have atleast 20% free on your HDD. Make sure that you havent messed with the Server like NA/EU and if you have try the other (Be cautious and back up your game folder before trying this)

    Only other thing is wait for someone to figure it out or an official response.

    Have you tired disabling both your firewall and AV? They could be blocking the EXE and also stopping the game communicating with the server. Its worth a shot but make sure ytou re-enable if it don't work.

    Same thing here. Running Windows 7 (64bit), Intel Core i5, 16gig of memory, GTX680. All drivers are updated tried repairing making sure other things were off and still no luck. I was hoping this would have been fixed...

    I tried repairing it, which didn't do anything, and I also tried turning off my firewall, since I had an issue with that last beta, still didn't help. I'm running out of ideas, so hopefully someone will post a fix soon! :(

    Thing is. I had this issue in Beta, I filed a ticket about a month ago (took them two weeks to reply) and it was no help. This isn't a launch day issue.

    And it's pretty sad to see how people react towards problems that arise on a game release... did you expect everything to go smoothly with 0 errors ?

    Look at me, I also can't login but... hell... after being on 10+ mmo releases, i KNOW that there's a huge chance of things not working well at start, or having bugs so... i'll just wait and do something else just the same way as if there was no release :)(even if i'm itching to play like hell!!!)

    mkorny I agree. Patience and trust in the zenimax team is our best option.

    I'm so anxious to get into the game and I know it will happen...just not in the next minute and I'm okay with that. I've tried reinstalling and checking for updates and repairing and then sent a ticket to the support team. Good time to take a nap.

    Whoa bud I realize that, so pump the breaks. ;) I know launch days are bad. Problem is this is a problem I reported a month ago it's not a launch day issue. In fact this was an issue occurring to players prior to my own beta ticket.

    After over month of people having this issue in beta I would have expected a little more. I hope it's fixed soon as I would like to enjoy my 5 day head start, but I get the feeling if it wasn't figured out and patched within this past month, then it's prob not going to be fixed in the next few days *believe me I hope I'm proven wrong*

    Same here, happened in beta, reported it, still happens now. This is NOT a launch day issue, this is a "we didn't act on the beta bug reports" issue.

    Well this is a new bug for me, I had no trouble with any of the betas (except for the firewall thing on the last one) and I've played all the betas since Sept. Any word that they are working on this?

    I may have found a solution; I read on another thread that someone got the crashes to stop if they ran it as administrator (which didn't work for me, but maybe for others) so then I tried the compatibility troubleshooter and selected to run in default compatibility mode and it finally launched! I was able to login and watched the cut scene and am now about to make my first character! Good luck to the rest of you, hopefully I was helpful and if not, I hope they fix your problem soon, see you in game! :)

    I would agree with this, but they took the money for the early acess so i'd expect for it to work.

    Yeah running it through compatibility troubleshooter seems to work for me. I used the "Try recomended settings" I got a "Windows XP Service pack 2 message (I am running Windows 7) and I hit start. Game fired up and I'm actually in. While it's a work around I hope it's addressed asap. Thanks Valixene! :)
