What is this pop up as I log in?

Every time i log a new character ingame, i get this pop up.
I think it's in Portuguese. *** do I stop it?

Check your addons its telling you your version of ESO Brazil is out of date, seems like a portugese language translation of the game you have installed.

It looks like you’ve got a BR translation patch installed, perhaps. Check Minion, if you use that.
