I wish there was a way! I guess I’ll have to look into whether an add-on gives me better functionality. This new system is tolerable so long as I’m not in combat, but otherwise, not being able to click to select, there’s a small chance it actually changes to the potion you wanted, a good chance it just tries to use whatever was already slotted, and worst of all is when it somehow stuck in cycling through esoteric empty wheels and interferes with me just surviving to use abilities, nevermind that potion I wanted.
