I was doublecharged for a 1 year account so it should have been 2 years but it just charged again

Hi, when it was time to renew my account last year I renewed with a new card for ESO but it did not renew my account so I did it again with Steam. I was charged both times for a 1 year account so it was for 2 years. I received crown points for 2 years worth of subscriptions and figured it would not charge me again until 2 years was up but it just charged me again for 1 year (and added crown points). The ESO one did not renew but the Steam one did. Is there a way I can get make sure I don't have to renew for 2 years given that I paid for 2 years at once mistakenly? This time I was only given the crown points for a single year-- which is fine, but I already paid for 2 years so should be credited with that to my account.

I hope I'm making sense with this.

If you've not done so, you will need to open a ticket for help with customer support as they can look into this.

I followed that link but all it does is keep taking me to FAQs. Is there a direct link to submit a ticket to customer service?

Make sure you select the "Billing" category followed by "Windows" and "Payment Issue".
