Asked for a refund for the prior thierric motif that i bought, cant use it cause it makes my head hurt due to bright light and noise.

    There is just one way, that i could see, to report a problem with a crownstore purchase, and that was the reply i got.

    Explain the problem, and you may need to respond to the first automated response to get a reply.

    Using the in-game /bug or /feedback will not get a response. It's more for just quickly reporting bugs than getting responses from the devs.
