i find every ganker can land 4 abilities under 1 sec, and CC you twice if they use their ulti. I shelved my NB about 8 months ago as I noticed
my bow[snip] was able to land multiple lethal arrows at near same time. Have they fixed the de-sync? Doesn't feel like it. OH and do light/heavy attacks not have cooldown?
