Gloam Wolf VFX still broken

@ZOS_Kevin , I'm sorry to ping you directly. You have a reputation as someone that communicates effectively, and I've been trying to get someone's attention about this for years. Tickets, posts, etc.
The Gloam Wolf mount has an ambient purple light. Roughly 75% of the time (anecdotally) this VFX fails to load, resulting in what is just a black, transparent wolf you can hardly see. Other more recent mounts with glowing VFX don't have this problem.
Secondarily, the Gloam Wolf pup pet has black smoky VFX that the mount lacks entirely. I don't know whether this is a bug or an oversight, but it seems like something is incomplete.
