[Minor forum request] Add underline button to post editor

The post editor controls include buttons to make text bold, italic and/or strikethrough, but not underline, which is an odd omission. We can of course manually underline using the standard BBcode using the 'u' tag in square brackets, but a button would make it more convenient.
