i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

I think every player who requested a precision tool for home decorating to properly align their own furnishings is gonna see that and regret not being able to use it on stuff outside their own homes.

Doesn't look much like one from OP's picture.
Theres no pulleys, ropes and/or chains to pull the ends of the bridge up in the picture that I can see.
Apart from that wheel like thing on the side, it just looks like a normal bridge.
