Aurelic Quasigriff Fragments in 8.0.3 Impresario?

I noticed that the Impresario has all three fragments for the Aurelic Quasigriff in the 8.0.3 PTS patch, in addition to having the first fragment of the Daggerfall Paladin costume. Is that intended and going to be the case in live, or is it only supposed to be the first part of the costume and none of the Quasigriff fragments? I feel like I remember that in the past the fragments for the previous collectible go away once the fragments for the new collectible get added to her shop's inventory.
Still waiting for answers about class set aura behavior, and also hoping that one day hair dyeing will be an option. We know it's canon thanks to a book in the Manor of Masques! (House of Reveries: The Troupe)
