on May 2 i bought an upgrade to get the blackwood chapter. Its listed under my recent purchases but i didn't got any e-mail and its not unlocked ingame.
I have submitted a ticket (ticket nr. 220502-003570) but still got no answer and just wanted to know why it is not unlocked
