I asked Rich this on a live stream a while back and he told me that it physically is not possible any more, when the console servers were new their databases were similar enough to the PC servers to facilitate a transfer to them, but since then the console databases have deviate to the point where they are no longer compatible with the PC databases and it is physically impossible to do a transfer without a lot of manual jiggery pokery.
