With the changes to Oakensoul it seems the intent of the mythic is to provide the buffs you would normally run on your backbar. That's why it doesn't make sense to have Endurance, Fortitude, and Intellect built into the ring as these are not buffs you generally run on your backbar. All 3 of these buffs are covered by the tristat potion with a 100% uptime, the most common potion in the game which is a frequent reward from the log in bonus.
I propose that the recovery aspect of the mythic be dropped completely and replaced with actual buffs you would run on your backbar like Major Brutality, Expedition, and Evasion which would free up limited bar space on your one bar for other skills. On top of that I believe the ring needs a bit of extra weapon damage to make up for the loss of an infused WD enchant. Something like 100-200 WD. I believe with these changes the ring will be in a good spot.
