Can't talk to Lady Arabelle

I have this bug, on the first quest, where I have to talk to Lady Arabelle to advance in the quest. Yet its bugged and her conversation goes in a never-ending loop.
Honestly thought it'd be fixed by now. Since a week has been taken away from experiencing the Chapter - but still no fix.
Is there any chance anyone has come up with a fix to this problem?
