Hi, regarding current sale on Blackwood.... Can I buy Blackwood on Steam but use the content on a non-Steam version of game?
Do I buy some code, or a content that is added to Steam account like any other game there?

Content purchased on Steam can be used in the non-Steam version if accounts are properly linked. The help articles below goes over how to setup your ESO and Steam accounts.
