(2 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
(3 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(4 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
(5 items) Increase the duration of Status Effects you apply by 16 seconds.

The set effect increase the duration of status effects that have non-zero duration (Burning) but also their debuffs (Minor Maim and Minor Brittle from chilled). Shouldn't it also increase the duration of Off-Balance if procced from Concussed on Wall of Elements? Currently it does not. The change would benefit slotting Exploiter over 6% damage star and presence of a lightning staff in group.

    What exactly are the status effects that will extend?
    Only the basics: fire, chill, concussion?

    What about a status effect from a set: affliction defile? Or concussion from Livewire?

    Hinderence from the stam poison?

    Off balance from DK deep breath skill?

    2h Carve bleed skill?

    16 seconds is a long time, so I would guess it only works on very few status effects.

    Its tricky - the difference of status effect vs buff/debuff

    Off balance is a separate effect and not a status effect itself, therefore Serpent's Disdain will not increase the duration. When procced on a concussed enemy by Wall of Elements the off balance is not contingent on the concussed status effect remaining on the target and will last it's normal 7 second

    1. Damaging status effects, Burning, Poisoned and Herrhaging have a natural duration and their duration is naturally extended. Chilled, Diseased, Sundered, Concussed, Overcharged do not have duration and do a single direct hit on proc. Instead, their respective named debuff duration is extended - maim (and brittle with ice staff), defile, breach, vulnerability, magickasteal. Hemorrhaging additionaly applies minor mangle that also will be extended.

    3. No, Hindrance is not a status effect, but unnamed snare
    4. Off balance apparently is not a status effect.
    5. 'Bleed' is a damage type and is not extended. Bleed damage, like from Trap or Carve can proc 'Hemorrhaging" that will be extended.
