There already exist Constellation Tile: The Ritual. Achievement, Shornhelm, 10,000 Gold. It is one-sided, but everything else is same.

So it's that time of the year again... Cool. Just one more year to go before I can continue with my housing project. Swell.

This is one of the reasons why I gave up with housing in ESO,

See, when these first came up on the Lux Merchant, we got a batch of three to go with the three already available in the game, and I thought:"Cool, not sure what to do with these though...". So I skipped them.

The next year they gave us three more. I was spending most of my time in ESO on housing at that time, and when these came up again, I had this idea of making a grand calendar type a construction using these steles. I mean, it sucked at that point, to only had 9 of the steles to work with, but I thought that next year they would release the remaining three, and I would have my calendar.

Waiting a whole year to finish the project kinda sucked, but I had other stuff to work on, so while it left me disgruntled, I soldiered on.

Then the next year, instead of releasing the last set of three steles that make up the regular months, they released just one. The Serpent. The odd one out, so to say. At that point a dreadful thought crossed my mind: "What if they release the remaining three one at a time?"

And then, a year later, when this slot came up in rotation, they released only one new stele. And that's when I gave up for good.

There are hundreds of unreleased assets existing in the game. Each update and expansion adds plenty more. Drip feeding stuff from sets like these at a rate of one per year is beyond insane. It feels like someone is doing it on purpose just to spite us.

I am aware how unlikely this is, but that is how it feels. These steles should've been released years ago, and the Lux Merchant should've moved on to other assets. Like planters and musical instruments.

But no... Here we are years later, and still a year more to wait until we get the whole set. Life is too short for that kinda waiting.

This "ONLY ONE NEW ITEM PER WEEK" nonsense is painful beyond belief. The fact that the availability of these items is restricted to only one weekend per year is already nuts, but then being this stingy with the speed of adding new stuff makes it feel malicious.

I know I'm screaming at the wind here. Nothing I say makes a licking difference. It's just that this particular furnishing set is one of those that hit me personally. Being one of those disappointments that drove me to find my fix for my building itch in things like Sims or Conan Exiles. I just felt the need to vent a bit.

I was actually thinking of playing some ESO today, but seeing this thing brought all that disappointment fresh back into my mind, and now I'm kinda leaning towards firing up the Sims and having some unrestricted building fun. Aint that something.

And if you read this far, thanks for listening to the gripes of an old builder who's given up on the dream.

I feel the same @Hymzir - you describe it very well. There are so many things I'd like to build, and I have many ideas and concepts based on the assets already in the game, but they are just not available anywhere, which just makes me sad

I agree with this and with everything else.

It is beyond ridiculous that it is faster to decorate the real life house and to grow trees from saplings in the real life garden than to finish decorating one digital house in MMO.

Yup, I have 12/13 of mine just used as floor tiles currently still waiting on that last one, meh.

yeah I also agree with the last couple posts

I really want to see those archery targets and stuffed dummy things you see in the Fighters Guilds available. I made a Dark Brotherhood sanctuary in the Murkmire xanmeer house and the training area is basically completely empty, and it's the only area that I really have left to work on there.

Also kinda funny to me how the last constellation stone is the Steed instead of the Serpent. I kinda wish we had gotten the regular calendar ones first with the Serpent for last if we have to wait so long.

I have a dream - that when they release new content, all the world assets will become available as furniture, through plans and vendors - for every single new release!
I have a dream - that all the beautiful assets (like music instruments, boats, flowers) will become available in the luxury vendor - after all, his inventory isn't limited.

Okay that might be putting it a bit overdramatically But I really do wish they'd do this.
