Thoughts on Lefthander’s War Girdle?

Wondering what you all think of this mythic item... Tested it today, and I was weighing the costs vs benefits. Off the top of my head, the main advantage is being able to mitigate damage from undodgeable attacks like AOEs and beams. On the flip side, effects like stuns that you would have been able to avoid without the item will now hit. So, in a nutshell, the modified roll makes you immune to damage for 1 second, but susceptible to effects. Am I missing anything?

It can also be good for getting out of AOE. But it's arguable if it's better than roll dodge or not.

In CP PvP it can be interresting because You can make dodge roll very cheap with passives like arcane alacrity.
