ZOS, May We Please Hide Our Tabards?

Either 1. Let us hide our tabards so we can still rep our favorite guild, or 2. Add an option that allows us to choose which guild (or none) we’d like to rep (so no tabard is involved).

It makes me happy and proud to have my favorite guild’s name shown beneath my character’s name on the nameplate. But, wearing a tabard locks me out of creating my own looks at an outfit station. I’m stuck using costumes or polymorphs to hide the tabard.

ZOS, please change this.

I 100% agree with this. Just add a hide tabard option. Seems easy. Just like hide helm.

I would also like them to update the appearance of guild tabards and give more options for them. They're all pretty ugly imo and they've had the same choice in style or patterns since they first came out...

Been a while since I've seen the tabard topic come up, but as I recall the consensus has pretty much been that yes, this should totally be a thing. I don't think it's high on ZoS' priority list, but it should definitely be a thing on there. While we're on the topic though, ZoS should also:

• Add tabards/signage to furnishings for guildhalls please.
• Revamp tabards maybe, or give some more options. They're a bit out-of-date, and don't even work properly with a lot of outfits.
• Name the tabard colors so we know what colors we are picking. It's already like that in the outfit station, right?
• Tabards, but as capes. Don't know how difficult or easy this would be to do, but hey, I like capes, so I'm adding it to the list.

Capes have gotten a pretty solid no in the past...though I guess things change.

As to tabards??? yes please. I want to rep my favorite guild. I do NOT want to overwrite my outfit to do that.'

As a side benefit...it is always fun to know when you re going up against your own guild in PVP.......good times. I havent run into that in ESO much as I dont run in a tabard...but in GW2??? good times. Nothing like not running on the PVP server your guild does and then going against them in the matchups. They made it a point to hunt me down and slaughter me to get me to switch servers.

A QoL loooooong overdue. Yes please hide tabard or add guilds to drop down menu like titles.

Been hoping for this forever, but since I find repping my guild a priority, I have had to dive into the crown store for outfits, which was probably their entire point of doing it this way.
