Regarding ticket

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for the matter, but,
A few days ago I submitted a ticket to support. I was contacted fairly soon, and requested confirmation on the topic, which I promptly gave.
However, the ticket update with my confirmation has been waiting on for over two days.
I'm posting just to make sure the ticket hasn't been lost in the flood, as I am aware there might be an overwhelming amount of incoming tickets at all times.
