1) Under the code of conduct what does this mean under section 2.13 ?

" We do not allow petitions or protests or public accusations of misconduct in chat rooms, message forums or games." ?

Chat rooms - Message forums here - and Games ? So If I was against the war and I tried to have a march for peace because I spoke about real world - I would get temp banned ?

Anyway thanks if anyone can answer 👍

Those things neither protest in a sense nor something political anymore, anti war event should be fine in lines of their rules and there already was one without any issues as far as I know. It probably depends on the wording though and with this company it should be pretty tamed no matter how hard it is sometimes.

So antiwar is ok - but what happens if I say something factual that a politician said but people think its wrong and take offense to that factual thing ?

I hope you know where I'm getting at ? lol

Like talking about facts about politicians being prowar to encourage anitwar be wrong ?

It means you can present an idea but cannot do it as a petition to try to get Zenimax to go with your idea. Same with a protest. We can constructively critique aspects of the game but cannot create a protest or boycott.

These pertain specifically to the forums and in-game messaging since both are private forums so our freedom of speech is curtailed.

In a different aspect, everything in the forums has to pertain to the game. Nothing off-topic and certainly nothing about politics and such are permitted in the forums. Again, this is a private forum so our rights are abridged here to keep this environment on topic.

So yes, comments related to real-world issues are not permitted. I doubt Zenimax would do a ban of any sort unless the player were to get out of hand with it. There are more appropriate forums for different topics concerning the real world than this forum.
