Settings not being saved anymore

Hey there! I dont know what happened. I think it happened when I installed eso into another folder and then deleting the usersettings to fix the black graphical visual stuff that appeared in the world. Now my settings wont save. I made sure to put the usersettings into read-only. Also Ive run the client under admin countless times, but noting is saving. Any ideas?

There are some suggestions in the thread below of possible reasons your settings won't save.

Eso keeps resetting & desktop icons reset
