edit - Actually kind of worrying. My performance has not been good since the last patch. Lot's of little micro hangs, often a fraction fo a section lag betweem input and ability even in overland. Not saying it's not playable, it's just annoying to the point I don't much want to. And they haven't even done this to pceu yet... I was literally here to see if that was the case for anyone else. I'm an EU player but i have characters in NA as well, sometimes do writs and rarely some casual activities in there. I definitely haven't seen any improvements to my character loads in NA, it seems all i got is more input lag which is annoying even when doing writs.

Load times into character load in is faster. Now general load screens were better but then there was a fix that fixed that

Well to their, ZOS's, credit they jumped on the server breakdowns pretty quick.
