Also, happy birthday in advance.
Tbh. It weird to ask for something as basic as "working game". This is something that we should expect...SammyKhajit wrote: »All Sammy wants is to play the game and not to have worries about long waits for login, long loading screens, various bugs which prevent gameplay (eg skill keys not working) etc.
Sammy just wants a functional game.
Is that too much to ask?

I'm curious about what proportion of the regular ESO players are from the APAC region (I am, btw, I'm in Melbourne, Australia). Does anyone know of a site that gives this geographical distribution of ESO players ?LadyLethalla wrote: »I wish it wasn't scheduled for when it is, because April 5th is my birthday and I have the day off. Off-topic: Although I would be very sad to see people go, and it is likely that people I play with weekly and often multiple times a week would go, an APAC ESO server would I think be a blessing in the long run.
Some of our weekly trial runs finish at 3AM for them, during regular working days.
Also, happy birthday in advance.
On-topic: I have a fair amount of misgivings for this upcoming maintenance; I don't really share Gina's optimistic excitement.
The last few events PC/EU has skipped the traditional 'PC/EU dead' troubles that had been commonplace in previous years (and garnered far less empathy and consideration from ZOS I may add despite being common and abundant); I was hoping that this would continue to be the case, but given how it turned out for PC/NA the chances of going back to the 'not very good old days' for PC/EU seem to me pretty high.
I can only hope that they prove my misgivings unwarranted.

Bah. Ignore me. Just realised there's a sticky in this forum.
edit - Actually kind of worrying. My performance has not been good since the last patch. Lot's of little micro hangs, often a fraction fo a section lag betweem input and ability even in overland. Not saying it's not playable, it's just annoying to the point I don't much want to. And they haven't even done this to pceu yet... Which, as we all know, is the unwanted *** red haired stepchild of the megaservers.
