I asked about extending the Explorer’s Day Festival and the solution was XP scrolls. However, no double resource nodes.
I hope the solution this time is not more XP scrolls because my CP is already almost 2200 😅2 -

I don't know if they can with the Anniversary Event probably supposed to be popping the moment Jester Festival ends. But, with the first few days of Jester's Festival preventing people from logging in and doing the event, they might want to consider it also for those who need the achievements. As well as those who were unable to get tickets so far.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Only been requesting character load for 42 minutes now, with 18 min until the servers are shut down and the "day" is lost. So, even if they don't or can't extend the event, maybe they should just auto mail everyone 3 or 6 tickets or something.
Not a good sign for the game though, these problems have been almost daily lately and the pop isn't even as crazy as it has been in the past.

K9002✭✭✭✭✭This year the festival happened a week later than it should have, likely due to the various server stability issues and scheduled works on sharding. It's also the only event with a very inconsistent duration from one year to the next - from 5 days in 2018 to 13 days in 2017 and 2019. The only thing that never changes about it is running right up until jubilee, so there is no way to extend it. We've had extended jubilees though.1 -

Yes, they extended the Anniversary Event due to major problems with PC/EU a couple years back.1 -

I'd rather have a few days of gardening instead of these constant frustrations.1

Sadly, the logic will be that event tickets are purchasable in the crown store, so "you could still complete it".
Once you look at decisions through the lens of the crown store (turning players into payers), a lot of decisions and choices make a lot more sense.
Extend, don't extend. Offer extra tickets in the "catch up" event (they've done this in the past). They'll make the decision without any of our input.
