Jester Crown Store items missing

I just dont get the logic behind it. Last year ZOS made new Jester themed items like the "Regal Razorback" and the "Regal Regalia Weapons" and both did not return this year. That just dont make sense at all, making event themed stuff and not bring them back after one year. Other items come back regualry every year...It just seems all so random. Im disappointed, I really looked forward to get the weapons.
