I like it when NPCs talk when you pass. ESO's "cities" are supposed to be busy, and this behaviour helps.

Lowkey will miss her. I find her much less annoying than 'cAn yoU beLIevE iT DrAgONs' I hope that Khajiit's family aren't safe and that that walking rug and Imperial woman get eaten by a dragon.

This one would be awesome!! Even though I despise her with every ounce of my body, I'd still have lots of fun tormenting myself in my house having to listen to her whinge about her looking for me for the longest time.

Did they remove her ? I don't have ESO+ so I don't have the DLC I just thought she didn't show up since I never had it

Oh yes! That one already started to turn doing crafting writs in Vulkhel Guard into something very annoying.

You cannot even avoid her, as she is standing near one of the writ boards, so as soon as you get near the board, she starts yelling across the whole plaza.

She's even worse in the Solitude. She stands near the city wayshrine and exactly at that side of the shrine where you always go, because everything (zone dailies, crafting station, bank, everything) is on this way. So, everytime you go to Solitude for any reason, you always see her and she yells about the card game every time. Moreover, she's there even if you don't own the High Isle chapter (and you can't complete her quest), you're cursed to listen to her forever until you go buy High Isle and complete her quest to make her shut up. Really, she's an intended predatory annoyance.
